Did I just read that?

On the US Government's "Regulations" Site (which everyone should know about--regulations.gov):


One of the listed "hot" regulations is:


"Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Disability in Air Travel"


So I guess you can't be discriminated for not being able to, say, fly like a bird, sans airplane? I'd say that would count as a disability in air travel.


Funny thing is, the rule is actually regarding the use of "Psychiatric Service Animals" on airplanes. This term is proper, but it does bring to mind mentally ill dogs being used by the blind.
