Parents Say the Darndest things

We've all said them--those things that make you pause and think, "If someone heard that out of context...."

From our house this week, all spoken calmly:

"Please don't juggle the baby."

"Is the baby still eating that book?"
"Yes. Is that okay?"
"As long as he doesn't choke on it."

"Why is the arm of the chair wet?"
"The kids like to lick it."

Hmmmm....

Yep, apart from juggling the baby, I've participated in those other ones . . .
